Our Website, mobile applications, and other digital platforms, along with the smart contracts (collectively referred to as "our Platforms"), are owned and managed by us.

It is important to note that the information and content available on our Platforms are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would contravene the law or regulations or subject us to registration requirements within that jurisdiction or country. Our Website hosting services are provided by AWS, and we utilise AWS Network Firewall protection. In the future, when mobile applications are launched, they may be hosted by us or other companies, and you should refer to the respective conditions of use provided by those companies.

• Volatility of Blockchain Assets: The prices of blockchain assets, including NFTs, can be extremely volatile, which may significantly impact the value of your NFTs. We cannot guarantee that you will not incur losses.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable taxes related to your transactions.
• Internet-based and Digital Asset Risks: Using internet-based and digital assets involves inherent risks, including hardware and software issues, viruses, unauthorised access, and disruptions. We are not liable for communication failures, disruptions, errors, or delays that you may experience when using the Ethereum network.
• Lack of Use and Interest: The success and development of distributed ecosystems, including Elonator, rely on public use and interest. A lack of interest may negatively impact the development of our Platforms and the utility or value of NFTs.
• Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory landscape governing blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and tokens is uncertain. New regulations or policies may adversely affect the development of Elonator and the value of NFTs.

Updates and Patches: Updates and patches to the Ethereum network may have unintended adverse effects on NFTs.

When you upload any content, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information (collectively referred to as "Submissions") to our Platforms or interact with other users, you must comply with our content standards. You warrant that your Submissions comply with these standards, and you will be liable for any breach of this warranty.
